Kaiser Permanente Barranca Medical Offices

I am here to pickup prescription I went to the pharmacist and gave him the prescription to have medication. Shes like you have to wait very rudely till I call doctor. I said I called the doctor so I know that is their relation but she was really rude and Im so glad Im not patient because this is not the first time in Kaiser Permanente. I had this bad experience and this prescription was supposed to be picked up for my mom. First thing what Im going to do is Im gonna change your plan to a different insurance this insurance Im not really happy. Thank you.

The aesthetician at this location, Mary Anne, is absolutely the best. Professional, organized, always learning. I've been to the best of the best estheticians across the Country, and I can say Mary Anne is a 10. She really cares about the results, your budget and offering great products and services. Kaiser management- keep her around. Wow.

I consider myself a very lucky patient to have such a caring primary care doctor. She spends as much time I need during my visit. My primary care will go over my lab results and advise accordingly. She discusses with me all my list of medications for necessary adjustment based on blood test results. She listens all my concerns and recommend necessary advise. She is aware of all my medical records and knows exactly what are the issues that she needs to review with me during office visit
