I made a doctor's appointment so I could get a refill on my inhaler.  We have been going to Brent Silvers for over 15 years.  A while back, his office contacted me to say that I had a balance due after Medicare had done its thing, so we paid the WAY overdue (albeit unknown) balance on a subsequent 2016 visit.Now... I go in today, and the gal states that I owe money and I cannot see the doctor until I pay my bill. To shorten a very long story, we showed her the bank withdrawal on the cell phone... the woman continues to state that it isn't showing up in MY file... O-k-a-y... it's not MY problem if YOUR office credits the wrong account.  She keeps saying that SHE is trying to help US clear OUR debt... 'cuse me?  Done that! Now it's time for YOU to admit that an error's occurred and get on with it!  She's refusing to give us her name and about to lapse into high speed Spanish so we just leave!Too bad... it wasn't Brent's fault... but his 'blinders wearing' office girl lost him two long time patients!  You know... errors happens - admit that there's BEEN an error... SOMEWHERE... and let it go or call in THE BOSS!  A practice is only as good as the staff it employs... Sorry, my old friend... neither of us will be back!

Dr Silvers & Staff are outstanding.  Patient, polite, kind, helpful & understanding. Dr Silvers has been my Internist for the past 16+ years. A great doctor who listens. How many doctors do that in today's medical environment. He's also a caring physician who looks at you as a person not a list of medical problems. He has a terrific sense of humor, not this cold white coat with a serious attitude. So be prepared to have him listen to your problems, get you feeling better & make you laugh. Just recently, I developed a problem that required me to keep shaving a part of my body that had to be taped 24/7.  Since he does laser hair removal, wow, he's taking care that problem for me now. No more shaving the hair on that part of my body, ever again. Thank you Dr Silvers.

This place was Amazing Dr Silvers was fantastic such nice staff and facility was supper clean. This was my first time there and I have to say his bed side manors where wonderful very professional and knows what he is doing would recommend anyone who is looking for a fantastic office to go to this is the place

This review is only for "Doctor" Brent Silvers. He is an obnoxious, rude, used car salesman of a doctor who preys on patients that aren't even in the office to see him. Walking up and down the hall, waiting for an open door to solicit unwanted medical procedures to innocent, captive patients, similar to an ambulance-chasing lawyer slithering up and down the halls of a hospital. This presumptuous creep walked into my mother's room when her doctor left and told her that he had all sorts of machines that could "help" her. He basically wanted to preform liposuction on her entire body, and had zero tact or bedside manner when approaching my mother to point out all of her flaws. Never mind the fact that she was there for an actual medical issue and not just a nip and a tuck. I was appalled to hear her story over dinner and felt so badly for her having gone through this embarrassing ordeal. If you are looking for a doctor with empathy, tact, and a general kindness towards other people's insecurity then I implore you to look elsewhere.

I was recommended to come see Alison Gracom from a friend because of health issues I've been having.  I saw Alison today.  She is very sharp, patient, intelligent, and understanding.  She listened to my concerns and asked me a lot of questions.  She drew diagrams to further help my understanding.  Alison went out of her way to be helpful.  She also had an assistant get labs that were just drawn, (not ordered from her) a few days ago from Quest.  She went over those results and drew a handful more lab tests to get to the root cause of my issues.  I left the office today feeling quite impressed with Alison.  I am an RN, and I know a good doctor when I see one.  The office staff was very kind and helpful.  I will definitely continue to see Alison.  She spent a lot of time with me and I never felt like a number or rushed.  I would recommend Alison Gracom.
