Sent the wrong parts acted like they knew what I needed, then I had to pay another 1100 that I didn't know about, so 2200 plus 1100, 3300 into this and only a few weeks before import wars, I would send everything back but my block is bored for these pistons and I don't have time very disappointed, should get my 1100 back after I send parts back, company policy makes sense but when you make mistakes policy should serve customers. I already had to buy another crank because of their mistake, if you don't know just say so. Talked to manager said nothing he can do except get my refund as soon as he gets wrong parts back. Main details , called ordered pistons and rods for jdm k20a got k24 rods and I pray the right pistons, update on that when I get the right rods, called again when rods didn't fit crank they said they don't have rods in that rod journal size and insisted I have a k20a2 I believe, not a jdm k20a, I have several all are the same, so I ordered a k20 rsx crank then when I went to measure piston deck height/ clearances before i sent for balancing, the piston was above deck, called again found out they sent k24 rods, after conversation I thought they were exchanging rods at there expense, then seen a 1100 dollar charge, called again and now I'm here. I asked for a refund on the charge they didn't inform me of only and nothing for all this has actually cost me and I got the company policy speech, just not happy with outcome. That being said I have used cp pistons and rods in mine and customers engines for years and products are solid just dispointed this time. I will get over it and when I do I will update review but I asked to talk to someone higher up and was told I couldn't so hopefully I can now . Hopefully this makes sense. If these were 800 for pistons and rods and not 2200 I would hold to a lower standard but there not Well im over it, hope our dealings in the future are better.

Needed help with piston rings. Mike was such a nice guy. Customer service like that is what makes me want to continue. Thank you again Mike!
