I had both my main residence and my rental property insured with this company for 17 and 8 years, respectively. I had no claims ever on either property. All of a sudden last year they said that they were not renewing my rental because of its proximity to brush. That really made me angry as they want the profitable, low risk part of my business but wouldn't want to touch the risky part. I was willing to deal with higher rates on the rental, but they even didn't give that option. I took all of my business somewhere else.

Have been with the company for over 10 years. I had 2 claims, one was a MAJOR fire. They were professional and very helpful. I felt like they really cared!
