Hands down the most unprofessional place. They will not answer calls or emails. I’ve been trying to update my insurance and got locked out of my account. I sent a certified copy and still have no idea if it’s updated. If they won’t let me log in I won’t be able to get my tax info in which case I’ll be forced to let the IRS know. Answer your phones and email. You’re messing with peoples income

This company manages Walmart Spark. I applied but my application show as incomplete. I have been trying to contact this company for a week. No mater what alternative I chose, the automated system sends me to a voicemail that is full. How can this company provide customer service to the independent contractors if they are never available? How can this company have a contract with Walmart?

I have applied as a Spark driver and am now being told on line that the application is pending but I cannot get an answer from them as to what to do next. Every time I call them the mailbox is full and you cannot get a live person on the line

Just the Process of the Applying for this company has been the most horrific experience ever. Absolutely the worst costumer service if it even exists. this company already had bad reviews by looking at its low 47% rated experiences ONLY WOW. should had done my research before wasting my time going through the process of this awful company.

I no longer know how to communicate with the DDI, to see what my payment is, the telephone does not work, the email does not work... I already downloaded the BRANCH application and I cannot enter... they ask me to put the company I work for and There is neither Walmart nor Spark, they ask me for a Branch card and I don't have it... how am I going to get my payment???
