I have been in so many fitness places, no other Gym can match this location... Let me tell you about the management of this Irvine location, Mr Jacobs, has trained the best employees, and it's management deserves 5-stars... Mr Jacobs, has changed my opinion 100 percent.. He and his team, are so customer oriented that you will never see anywhere else..

charge for personal in charge Trainer: Mr. Asad Summary: This report details a series of concerning practices I experienced during my personal training program with]. These practices raise serious questions about the company's commitment to fair billing and client satisfaction. Issues: Deceptive Billing: Despite my clear communication to Mr. Asad requesting cancellation of services after 10 months, I was charged for an additional, unauthorized month (11th month). This deceptive billing practice is unacceptable. Downgraded Service, Full Price: I paid a premium for a master trainer, yet I was assigned a lower-level trainer without any prior notification or consent. This is a blatant downgrade in service quality for which I was not compensated. Dismissive Response: When I raised my concerns about receiving a lower-level trainer, Mr. Asad's response was dismissive and disrespectful. He told I was satisfied with the training, completely disregarding my right to the service I paid for. . Desired Resolution: I expect a full refund for the $5 difference per session for all sessions where I received a lower-level trainer than what I paid for in two and a half first sessions. Next Steps: Unless I receive a prompt and satisfactory resolution to these issues, I will be forced to take further action. This may include filing a formal complaint with the relevant consumer protection agency and leaving negative reviews of my experience with him
