Sea Pointe Construction

I asked for a quote and went in for an open house. The person who came out to give me a "quote" was super noncommittal and seemed uninterested in my project, telling me to shop around for other companies, and ballparking a kitchen remodel at 120k+, bathroom at 30k+, and an addition at 500k+. The manager at the open house was also kind of very broad strokes kind of conversation. Not sure what's up with this place, but those seem like a "please don't come back" kind of pricing.

I just had my guest bathroom remodeled by Sea Pointe Construction and I was not disappointed. My husband and I are extremely happy with the result and our neighbors (through word of mouth) have been asking to see the stunning remodel. The remodel began with our Design Consultant, Jacqueline. She is a good listener and has a great mind for design. She walked my husband and I through the entire design process by listening to what we envisioned, helping us to select the beautiful accessories and answering questions as the project ensued. Jim, our project manager, was knowledgeable, available to us, and promptly answered our questions via text messages or phone calls. While it is never easy to have strangers in your home, every worker was skilled, professional, and kind. From demolition to clean-up, Pat was excellent and became a trusted friend. Jack did a phenomenal job as well and was one of the kindest professionals in the group. Erik and Shane arrived to install the bathroom cabinet despite the pouring rain and arrived with great attitudes and did a terrific job! I highly recommend Sea Pointe Construction for your next remodel. With them, you really get what you pay for! This company has integrity and hires the most skilled, competent, and professional team for the job!

The SeaPointe team has been the most thorough and communicative contractor weve ever worked with. Their team along with all of their sub-contractors have been respectful to us and to our home, always picking up after themselves and removing trash quickly. Janna helped guide us through the construction design process with multiple meetings both in their showroom and in our home and still today she is always really responsive when I have a question about our project. We had previously engaged an outside designer and there were many aspects of our original design she knew right off the bat wouldnt work, but she always helped to find a solution without sacrificing the aesthetic we were shooting for. Chris, our Project Manager, works hard to always keep the ball rolling. Even when met with small speed bumps along the way (tile delay beyond SeaPointe control) hes moving around the schedule and always finding another portion of the project that can be done. Hes very communicative about next steps, who will be around our home and when, and keeps us sane by reassuring that theyll have their subs ready to do the work when the product arrives. Which we trust, because he and the SeaPointe team have been true to their word every step of the way. They truly work as a team and are a well-oiled machine that goes above and beyond. We look forward to finishing our project and continuing to refer SeaPointe for years to come!

Sea Pointe did a solid job with high quality materials and sub-contractors. The design team did a thorough job in helping us design our project to meet our goals and objectives. They were more costly than any other provider, but we decided to move forward for the quality of work.

Sea Pointe has a professional staff and showroom in Irvine to help you design your project and make it a reality. Our project [bathroom expansion, closet and bedroom area master suite] was started by meeting with designer help from James Bailey. James is very good at working with homeowners to finalize the plans and the design including suggesting quality product choices. Johnny was our project construction manager; he is very professional and knowledgeable with his extensive construction background. Johnny is easy to work with, has a great crew with 5S clean-ups every day and his drive to quality to finish.
