Pro's: Their outsourced does a good job dry cleaning (it's not done on premise ), and there a few nice people that work the register.
Cons:
1) No listed prices, anywhere. No menu of services. No transparency and I've caught them a couple times on price discrepancies. Not honest with their business.
2) Owners are truly unprofessional. Lack customer service skills completely. They ruined a pair of jeans and doubled down and did not admit their mistake. Truly unprofessional, the wife especially. Her husband called me back, not never followed up, so I forced to work with his wife which was a one way ticket to unresolvedville
3) Expensive. Truly truly over priced, unfortunately they are the only game in town

This is our go-to dry cleaners. One of the very best in Irvine. Owners and staff are wonderful. Our clothes are always done on time and perfect.
