worst dental experience. the front desk has nothing knowledge about dental insurance. even the document policy work is worse. If you go this one, better you know all about dental information, they are not going to help you, also, they really pick patient, if there is any difficulty they just transfer you out and delete you from their insurance. The front desk assistant has very bad attitude to reply enquire. Worst dental place been.

This place is a irresponsible. First time be there told everything is good, then transfer my daughter to another dental just told us that my daughter did not cooperate with the doctor, we had been there and my daughter did good for her first visit. we can not understand why they said that, and they just refuse and delete us from the insurance without told us. We need to restart again for my daughter dental. Waste three month with them. by the way, the phone answer was super rude. Now they said there is nothing with them for my daughter treatment. They are take easy money and never responsible for it. Worst experience with them.

Was told I need a crown. An assistant came in to help me understand billing with my insurance. I asked her twice, "How much would be covered under my insurance plan?" and she didn't have a straight answer for me nor did she even bother to say that she could look it up. I left, came home, and looked it up myself. Will be going to a different dentist to do my crown.
Transparency is key with dentists since dentistry is full of malpractice and scams. Unfortunately, this one is not very transparent.
