(Minus) -5*, First of all it is purely a "BUSINESS" for them !! I am really disappointed even in this crucial time of Covid-19, I accompanied my friend ( who got Infection in her tooth or gum) we don't know but were worried and Dr.Tanaka did not bother to see why there was swelling, rather he was more interested in bridging the gap between other teeth which was not necessary, Totally Unacceptable !! I strongly request People to take action against such Doctors and to teach them the value of the "OATH" they took before coming to the profession, With these money making practices somewhere we are rapidly loosing Humanity from this world.

I went there for a periodontal cleaning. Instead of billing me for periodontal cleaning they submit a claim to my insurance company for root canal. When I ask them to submit the right claim, they tried to tell me that they won't change the claim even though it's for the wrong service. After constantly going back and forth they agree to change it to an extraction claim. The thing is I DIDN'T HAVE AN EXTRACTION. I tried to communicate with the clinic to find out why they are using a claim unrelated to my treatment. They refuse to answer the question. When they do respond it's always to say they are super busy during COVID. So I offered to make the claim myself and I would need the materials I need to submit my claim to the insurance company. They completely ignore me. I tried to sort this out with the insurance company and the clinic by having a conference call, but the clinic refuses to answer the phone. And I also think it's BS that they won't give you a copy of the x-ray that you paid for so you can't go to other doctors for a second opinion. They want you to pay them more for a copy of your own x-ray that you already paid for. I understand this is a business, but this place is certainly more business than a healthcare provider. Be very careful what they claim your insurance, your bill may not reflect the service you receive and you'll end up paying more.
