        If this guys tries to say he never met me it is total bull. If I could give 0 stars, that is what he deserves. Went to his office today for a consultation. We discussed my case a bit and then he went in to the fees, and how I was going to pay. I told him my circumstances, getting divorced, currently unemployed, and so on but that I could and would work something out. He was more than willing to work out a payment arrangement but wanted an upfront payment right there and then. I let him know that he was the first attorney that I was speaking to, and that I was not ready to make a decision at that moment as I have scheduled another consultation with another attorney today. He answered with You are wasting my time. You cant afford me. tearing up the paperwork and or notes he had taken. He had an absolutely disgusting demeanor. Telling me to get out of his office. How he spoke down to me, wow! This is the person he is. Using my circumstances to put me down saying that I can not afford him as if he were some big prize. Big but prize? Definitely not. I personally would not recommend him to walk your dog, let alone represent you as your attorney. He has no patience, understanding or compassion. He did his best to belittle me and make me feel less than himself but he also made me mad and glad that he dis guarded me as trash because that kind of forces me to go with the other attorney who has much much more experience as he is a former Deputy DA. So, thank you Mr Tucci. May you get what you give Rhonda S. not Desiree. I want you to know exactly who I am.

      I definitely met you. I agree that I offered you a reasonable payment plan given the circumstances based on your circumstances as I was willing to help. However, when a new client comes into the office disheveled, without any paperwork and scrolling on their phone for five minutes not listening to my advice it tells me they are not taking their case seriously nor honoring my time. Therefore, I asked you to leave and directed you out of my office. It is completely understandable why you are both divorced and unemployed. With respect to your dog walking comment I have four dogs at home and Willow, Harper, Teddy and Magic are quite satisfied with the love I show them. Your experience comment lacks any foundation. You will find Jimmy Hoffa's body before you find an attorney with more experience than myself when it comes to DUI. I am the former President of the CA DUI Lawyer's Association and a nationally recognized expert and speaker on DUI. I have had the privilege of training newer public defenders both in LA and Orange County with respect to DUI. The Yolo County public defender also asked me to come speak to their young lawyers a number of years ago. I have no problem donating my time as I learned from so many so it is my way to give back. Lastly, I wish you the best when you hire a former Deputy DA. We have never had a job putting people in jail and never will. We have also stood on the side of the citizen accused by the government. One question that jumps out to me is why are they a FORMER DA. Again, I wish you the best in your journey and politely remind you should to be respectful of that next attorney's time and experience.
