I am at the yard house pasadena quite often, and there is always one manager who has such a disrespectful attitude towards her guest. her name is Shannon Lupien. She always roles her eyes and talks to you in a degrading snippy tone. Tonight I saw her snap at her employees and physically shove one to the side. The poor child looked like they were about to cry. This woman does not deserve any type of power she needs to removed from the business or moved somewhere else. I assure you I am not the only one who has noticed her attitude and her cruel personality. I will certainly not be the last either. I also heard they are planning on moving other managers out and keeping her to stay. I would not recommend this her negative attitude is what brings the place down I would hope someone who can do something about this and keep the people that brighten the place and make it a safe environment.

French dip was awful, I had hamburger fries, never got the fries. Service was slow

I love the Yard House but disappointed that my favorite meal the Fried Chicken Strips with Truffle Fries that they took away the shoestring fries. Seems like the French fries they are using now are more saturated and don't taste as well with the truffle seasoning as the shoestring fries. PLEASE GO BACK TO THE SHOESTRING FRIES!!!

I was completely embarrassed by the service that I was giving by the yard house at Atlantic Station in Atlanta Ga. The Food was terribly prepared the service was so slow I use my stop watch to time how many times and how long it took the sever to assist me. After being seated it took 22 min before take took my order. They completely messed up our order, we waited for one item to come and 35 min later the server came back only to inform us that they were out of the item in which I had ordered after the rest of my dinner party had finished their meal. The manager Shane came out and offered a free desert for the trouble and it took 21 min to bring the desert (brownie) and the check and when I got it it was burned and not edible. I could understand if it was crowed and they were over packed but that was not the case. Then when I mention about how bad the service was the staff gave me nasty attitude and replied with un professional remarks. The fact that I work at a yard house I was so embarrassed by how the company was represented and will never eat or recommend that yard house to any one.I hope the corporate office will look into the type of staff they are hiring in that restaurant because it is really embarrassing and ruining the company's reputation.
