To whom it may concern,
The reason for my text message is to inform you that on the week of Nov. 16 -20 I stayed at one of your hotels in Thousand Oaks, at the Quality in. Unfortunately, my room had a infestation of bed bugs that really did some body harm. I've been in excruciating pain, reddish swelling, bites are very sensitive, body ache, lack of hunger, tired, difficulty of sleeping. It has made my life difficult to continue with my everyday events and work. I had to go to Urgent Care to take care of this situation to be able to continue with my life without anymore suffering.
I hope you take proper measures so this doesn't happen to anyone else.
