Customer service is pretty much non existent. I've called 3 times an md only once I was able to speak with someone. I've had no response through email. The one time I did speak to someone I told her my case came damaged. It seems that someone try to take the magnet in the case. They ripped the outer fabric.

Ordered a case for the new Samsung S23 ultra on the 2nd of February.  Delivery stated 3-5 days.  It's the 13th.  No case.  Called and customer service was non-existent.   Tried to call them multiple times no answer left a message with callback no callback.  Left a message via their web messaging and same thing.  Hours later found out order was cancelled with no call for an explanation.   Might give you an insight how their warranties are going to go.

I left a one star review on there site for ball mount that review is not visible or counted. I have been buying from rokform for around five years now. And have always thought that the reviews were great. Now to find out they are fake. Any how the ball mount has the ability to split and slide. They should take a note from ram mount and make a solid machine gnarled ball. Other then this I like the product.works for my bike.

Stopped by for a phone case, lady in the front was very nice and helpful! This is my second Rokform case I have bought and will continue to buy them when I get another phone. I have dropped my old one a half a dozen times and it has no wear on it. Great quality and reasonably priced!
