Be careful with these scam artist. Received a cash offer from Zillow, they wanted me to sign documents with in a few days to get into escrow, I showed a broker the documents and according to my broker they did not look legit. Offer was too good to be true. When I asked if I could use my own broker to write up documents since technically Im the seller I heard nothing back. Very shady company, please be careful when they contact you and do your own research before anything else

Zillow is a bunch of thieves and liars. For years Zillow promised realtors that they were NEVER going to be our competition and they wanted to be the google of real estate. Agents built the company by trusting Zillow's promises, Zillow in return stole all the data the agents unknowingly gave them and started their own company to put agents out of business and destroy small family own businesses. Shame on you Zillow, your day will come.

Contacted Zillow through the website inquiring about a property. Quickly I receive a text message that at 9 am the following day I would receive a call. At about noon I receive a message of who will be calling. The call was never received. By that evening I received message from Zillow asking if I was contacted. I replied no. That was the end of that.

Zillow consistently misdescribes property in Redondo Beach. When financing or refinancing property, this can become a serious burden of time and effort to correct. When in doubt, check with a realtor and forget about Zillow
