        Bought a washer and dryer at the Lake Forest Store and had to return a side vent kit - Lake Forest store closed down before the 30 days and South Coast Plaza Sears would not refund their Side Vent product! However, Kevin and Ivan from the Irvine Sears Home Appliance Showroom were able to handle the return with STELLAR customer service. The two of them are definitely assets to the Sears Reputation and deserve recognition for their performance! Thanks guys!
