This is my first review and unfortunately not a great review. And the main reason why I want to even say anything is just to warn people to NOT TO GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR MONEY YOUR TIME  AND YOUR TRUST.My husband and I took our Ford Focus to get the transmission looked at and obviously fixed. So we left our car there in good faith that our car would be taken care of and for them to fix the issue we brought it for witch was the transmission clutch that was giving us the issue. So a week passes by and had not started the work ok fine I know they are busy BUT THEN THE MOST BIZARRE AND UNFORTUNATE SITUATION HAPPENS they call us to let us know that one of the employees took off with our car in the middle of the night and crashes it . The son's owner gives us a call early in the morning to break the news to us and tells us to come in to check out the car. We go and the car is just a nightmare the front is smashed the headlight was broken the rear mirror was broken the hood was smashed in . It was just a wreck . They right away offer to buy the car from us and give us $1500 for it  they said they looked at the Kelly blue book and said it's worth $3,000 but only offered to gives us $1500 . I said absolutely NOT.  They needed to fix what they created ! So we said no we wanted our car fixed .And I also had asked if they did a police report because we do not want to be liable for whom ever they hit . The owner himself said yes we did the police report (Shame on me for not asking a copy right then and there) so they finally said they will fix it . They didn't even offer us a rental car . We had to tell them we needed a car to get around . The following week they decide to lend us a car FROM There lot . My husband went and took the car the gave us as a rental it was a convertible car. When my husband gets home he couldn't bring the top back up so they told him to go back for another car. This other car they even warned him not to put the key where the cup holder is at because there was a huge hole and the key would get lost in there, then the owner tries to give him that car so he can wipe his hands with our ford . He said he just didn't want to deal with it anymore . I guess fixing what they had did was ending up to be a bigger expense on their pockets. But again that wasn't our fault my husband says no we just want our car back . At this point we can't wait to get our car . Finally a bout a mont later they call and say our car is ready . My husband goes and picks up our car BUT before they even show him the car and give him the key they have him sign a paper. This paper said what happened to the car and in the mix of all that they said that we ruined the convertible car they lend us ! Then they finally give the car keys to my husband and guess what ? The car isn't even driving well I was so livid that my husband signed so I drove over there to confront them . I also asked to see the police report they soposeably did and he looked at me dead in the eyes and said we didn't do a police report on your car . I could not believe what I was hearing . I told him but you told me you did and he said no I said I did a police report on the other cars. I was like wait what there were other cars too?!!! They were extremely disrespectful and untrustworthy they said we need to take our car the one that they crashed and damaged to a mechanic and for them to prove that the car was ruined by a car accident and if it wasn't then to go back and APOLOGIZE TO THEM !!! These people are crooks and disrespectful and so unprofessional. I hope this wasn't to long but I just want everyone to know how crooked these people are. I wish I could give them no stars at all! And this was all with the owner and the owner son ! I'm just disgusted by their unprofessionalism and work ethic. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN!

Great work, Juan is a standup guy who kept his word. Brought my truck in for work and he gave me a great price. Highly Recommended.
