He was honest and did not try to upsell me on the work that needed to be done, and he gave me his recommendation to prevent further issues. JP did a superb job at our new home. They replaced the water heater, fixed the leaking shower valve and re-piped our master bathroom. Aside from doing a great job, they were efficient with time and cleaned up everything. Highly recommended! I always look forward to working with Jurguen and his crew. Ive had the opportunity to use his expertise on several occasions. Whats great about Jurguen is that he knows a lot more than just plumbing. I think thats important as a tradesman. He knows what else (if anything) needs to be done for your project. I am so grateful that Ive finally found a reliable plumber! Jurguen and Gavino came to fix my water heater the very same day and they were able to repair it, when I was previously told by another plumbing company that it needed to be replaced. They were honest and explained the issue to me and gave me the option to repair or replace which I appreciated so much. They made sure everything worked properly and tested everything before they left. I would highly recommend them if you have an emergency and I will definitely be calling them again for any future issues. Service: Water heater installation
