If I could give Zero stars I would. This office has no professional courtesy or care for their patients. The administrative staff is completely incompetent and unable of performing the smallest tasks that could be catastrophic to one's health. I am not one to negatively review any place of business but this one has impacted me personally. My mother in law was seen by Dr. Khan who stated would put in an emergency referral for her because it was absolutely dire. Fast forward one month later there was no word from the office she was "referred to". Since this office NEVER answers their phone I decided to contact her health insurance network directly only to find out that THEY NEVER PUT IN THE REFERRAL!!!!!!!!!!! If you care about yourself and your health this is not the place you want to be treated as a patient. Absolute zero regard for their patients health no matter the severity. I am so upset that I can't even get in contact with the office to express my concern since they never answer their phone! It just rings and rings and then the call drops. Such a waste of time, and resources provided by my mother in-law's health insurance. Not to mention they persuaded her to continue care at this facility even though she had already been assigned to another clinic via her insurance. They want the money for the services rendered but do not reciprocate quality care.
