Was driving into the McDonald's drive thru when this company was cutting the palm leaves in the McDonald's parking lot next to the Drive thru.
When suddenly I heard a bang on my driver side window and when I rolled down my window I saw a branch from the palm tree next to my driver side Door after ordering my food I pulled to the side of the McDonald's lot and saw a scratch on my driver door. The owner said I was lying since I have a dash cam in my car and captured the image of the branch hitting my door and aswell the noise when it hit my car. This company will not take responsibility for thier own actions working on a business where customers are paying for service. I spoked to the owner and he was being rude and unprofessional in communicatiing with me with my concerns of my vehicle being damage from his workers. I just wanted for the owner to take responsibility for his actions, i have insurance to fix this scratch or pay out of pocket, but a company shouldn't act or work incompetent when working around paying customers.
