My washer started rattling around making a terrible noise, all in all I thought id have to buy a new washer. Was recommended to go here by a friend and got it fixed quick and easy. Saved me a lot of time, quick and friendly service. I will certainly return for other repairs, highly recommend.

Had a washer in a rental unit that went bad. Luis came out (on time) and diagnosed the issue. He then went on to tell us that the parts should not have failed in a washer that new. He said he would have to charge us retail for the parts, but said if we contacted the manufacturer direct, they might sell us parts for less because of the earlier than normal failure. That advice saved us about $125.00 Luis showed up on time, was very polite, knowledgeable and took care of the problem. Not sure how you can go wrong with these guys.

This review is strictly for customer service. I was in need of some work on both my refrigerator and dish washer. The tech immediately responded back to me gave me a appointment. Came the later on that day, he was very professional, punctual, and knowledgable. I am impressed with the work and service I received from the tech and this company.

Had my vent cleaned today in our new (to us) house we just purchased. We bought brand new appliances, including the dryer, which was giving us a poor airflow warning in addition to barely drying the clothes. I cleaned what I could with no improvement so I gave these guys a call. They got to my house ahead of schedule and took care of the problem in about 45 min., including getting on the roof to the outlet and getting the clog out. Dryer now dries the clothes remarkably quick and seems to run quieter than it already was. Will be calling these guys yearly, they do a great job.
