I heard about the HCG diet, and decided to go to Sea Mist because it was highly recommended by a few people. We both lost 13 pounds in a month and I have kept it off since 2017 . I was 160 Ibs. and I had tried for 2 years to do it on my own,getting nowhere. I am extremely great-full I went to Tracy. I appreciate her expertise in this area and her patience, (I tend to ask a lot of questions) but she always makes time to answer all of them. I have always had a great experience here , which is why I always recommend Sea Mist to my friends. I've been to other places, and believe me, not one even compares!!!

Need to lose a quick 10lbs?! They're your peeps. Get there and lose. Just focus and make sure you do what they say. The fat will melt .
