After not receiving my order, I contacted them. I was told that the order was flagged as fraudulent. I conformed with my bank that they had received my payment and sent them proof of payment. After they asked for very questionable verification from me, which I declined to provide, they chose to cancel my order, which I agreed to, and stated that my refund would be issued within 5 to 7 business days. That was the second week in Jan. I contacted them again at the end Feb. to check the status of the refund. To date I am still waiting on said refund.

I have tried to order from here 2 or 3 times and got emails saying they canceled my order due to not being able to verify some of my info. I replied to them whatever info they need I will give to them. No one bothered to respond. So I take it they don't really care about their business! I give 0 stars to them but unfortunately I have to give them a 1!!!!

It will take over two weeks to receive a shipment after paying over $15 in shipping. I won’t be ordering from them again.

I have done business with this company several times and up until now, I have never had a big enough issue to write a review. I recently placed a $91 order on the 4th and as of today, the 11th, I still don't have a shipped order. According to the webite, the order states "unfulfilled". I have request by two separate emails, first a status update and second asking to cancel my order and issue a refund. Still no response to either email. They don't provide a customer number that I have found, which lets me know that they are on the shady side of things. I will not be doing business with them again. I am now contacting my credit card company to investigate.
