This is the Used car salesman of realtors and the realtor from Hell all in one!He tried to charge us extra $5K commission to negotiate our home sale, with the Buyer/Buyer's agent (in escrow)When we didn't agree to pay the extra commission, he essentially bad-mouthed us to the Buyer/Buyer's agent and we lost the sale.This is illegal, and a failure in performing his fiduciary duty.Upon our request to cancel the listing, he tried bill us for $3,500 For miscellaneous expenses and "his time".We feel this relator to be belligerent, volatile, rude, manipulative, and a "rouge" agent" that would be a liability to any broker.Best advice- RUN!!!!!!!

As a first-time home buyer, the process is not only daunting but there are a lot of ins and outs of the industry that can be hard to come by or be aware of. Agents that I have worked with in the past just tried to sell me homes. Kevin, on the other hand, focused on finding a solution to my needs and never stepped outside of that scope.
Outside of Kevin's obvious years of experience, his patience for me, clarity in communication, and transparency on the process and properties were extremely valuable in the search for a home and in learning a thing or two about real estate. This, along with Kevin's commitment to your goals and preferences, was a powerful combo that helped me find and obtain my first home in this extremely crazy market (circa 2021).
Regardless of if you're a first-time home buyer/seller or not, Kevin will easily prove his worth and then some.

I meet Kevin Ellis when I was looking for house after my kids moving out to college. I was really worried to find the perfect place for me and I meet him, he was really helpful he and his stuff of the people at the office response really quickly to my request. He provided the best options for me also he was really flexible with my schedule. I really recommend this agent he clearly knows the local market and the best options for financial situation. I would hesitate not recommend Kevin Ellis and his group. Once again Thank you very mucho Levin I'm so happy in my new house.

Kevin went above and beyond to help sell our home. We were on a tight timeframe and he added extra showings to help us. The home photos were up quickly and the marketing material was exceptional.

Kevin Ellis is hands down the best agent I have ever worked with. He payed attention to detail throughout the entire transaction and made sure that I found the perfect home. Before Kevin I honestly hated agents, because I felt they were only out for themselves. Well Kevin is not that way he is out there working for the client and making sure that the client gets everything that he or she desires. He made sure to keep me advised of what I needed to do while purchasing my home with a smile on his face each and every time we talked. I can not say enough good things about Kevin and just how much he cares about making sure his clients are satisfied. It is a tuff market out there and Kevin does not snooze on anything. When you ask for advise Kevin makes sure he gives you all of the proper information so you can make a good decision. You will not be disappointed, he is dedicated to his clients and is extremely professional.
