Monarch Homes Sales

After we sold / purchased our homes with Elizabeth and when she got paid her commission from our sales, she brushed us off when it came to the warranty work on our new home. We were hoping she could use her clout with Fleetwood on our warranty work. but she couldn't be bothered to help us when we called or texted her. Today, two years after we purchased our home from Elizabeth, we asked her for help on a document to sell our home, she got hostile over the phone with my wife after she found out we weren't going use Monarch to sell our house and hung up on my wife. Do not use Monarch to buy or sell your home. She couldn't be bothered...

We run a mobile wash wax company and was contacted by Elizabeth to wash a mobile for her company. We did the job and never received payment. When we contacted her about the payment she was rude. When we stated we did not receive payment she told us they sent it out. Then when we told her again we never received it we just got the run around. She would hang up and give attitude. She is very unprofessional and very very rude. Will not do business with her again.

Lack of communication No pre qualifying of new buyers No follow up Very unprofessional Emily Tice was the worst...lack of any communication skills whatsoever I would not use them to sell your mobile home Especially at the end...if it wasn't for Victor and Tony of Heavenly mobile we would still not have sold our mobile home We did not GET ANY RESPONSE FROM MONARCH AT THE END. DON'T USE THEM IF YOU WANT TO SELL YOUR MOBILE HOME! I don't like to post things like this, but the experience with them was very stressful and frustrating...stay away!
