        I am a tenant and I am very pleased with A creative property management. No complaints and every time we have had an issue with the property we rent, it has been repaired in a timely matter. Highly recommended!!!

        A combination of incompetence and poor eithics. Not responsive, selective enforcement, inconsistant procedures, and not educated on property management laws (e.g. difference between townhome and condo). Unethical treatment of residents when they attempt to address the aforementioned mistakes.
