West Coast Relocation Moving

This company lost a king mattress and very expensive skis. They hide behind a third party insurance company to processes the claim who seriously offered us $75 total for these items which were well over $1,000 combined. They crushed many boxes and tried to extort us on the delivery saying they couldn't get their truck to the address due to street size even though we provided the delivery address before hand. They attempted to do this AFTER the contract was signed. Spend a bit more money and go with an honest moving company instead of this company who uses a third-party to haul the items. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

To say service was deplorable is an understatement . Lost our mattress completely and offered 200 bucks to replace it. Broke every big piece of furniture we had. Said they would be there in 30 days and took 90 leaving us without furniture. Said they would deliver twice and they were just close by and never came. Finally showed up at 9 pm when I clearly said I wanted to be there and I had to go out of town that day the movers showed up with only my girl at the house and she felt very threatened. Had to threaten to call cops to get them to leave. Talking to the people all they do is lie. Had conversation on speaker phone with people listening and they lied about what they even said. If you need quality service this is not the place. They lie, and have zero professionalism. I will never use a mover again after this. Had they kept communication I would have been happy but they couldn't even do that. AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE. SCAMMERS AND LIARS.

the company over charged and the workers took extra time one of them wasnt working at all. they both fought the whole time. and we had stuff broken and stolen. owner never offered refund or anything. horrible service. do not boook them. save your money!!
