I would like to start off by saying WOWW! Not only do they use fresh fruit and ingredients, but its made and frozen right infront of you! Who can pass up amazing ice cream as well as a show! Ive tried many of their custom creations and they were WAY above standard. The workers are so sweet and everything about this place is perfect! If you havent been here yet, definitely put it on your to-do list!

We couldnt wait for the new ice cream store / Build a Scoop to open. The lines were huge on opening day. The store is fantastic. Its filled with the old- school ice cream store decor. Theres fun buttons to push and QR codes to keep you entertained while they are hand-crafting your ice cream. The ice cream selection is overwhelming : you choose your type of ice cream first: vegan, regular, sorbet,etc. Then you choose your flavor, then toppings and other fun ingredients. Nick hand make our ice cream in front of us. It was fun to watch- although it takes a long time for them to make your ice cream from scratch,so be prepared to wait. I took lots pictures to share showcasing the fun feeling inside but even more of ice cream flavors. The bacon breakfast ice cream was the most unusual flavor and the person eating it loved it. Nick was the only staff person and hes very cordial and made all of the ice cream by himself. As summer arrives - there will be lots more staff. Enjoy your adventure at this new innovative local ice cream store and celebrate the fun interior and new addition to Huntington Beach.
