If I could have given negative stars I would have. We have tried to use Turo twice for car rental. The first time, the owner canceled 5 days before our trip. The second time, I called when I landed and the owner said she would be 4 hours late. Unacceptable! Dont waste your time with this company. We used Avail and it was so much better since the cars are already on site.
