Go to this store frequently and have always loved the helpful staff and the atmosphere and don't even mind paying a little more than I would other places just because the staff is so wonderful! I admire that they do carry out orders and the store is clean and there is a good variety and new things are often coming in. The only issue I have noticed a few times going in there is the male manager can be incredibly rude to his staff, its no wonder the employees continue to change so frequently working for someone like that. A few times I have seen him flip off employees (none of them seem to mind and some do it back but still seems unprofessional in front of customers). It also seems like he talks down to employees when they are being trained rather than teaching them, has been mouthy and "jokingly" rude to other customers and even heard him harassing a pregnant employee saying it was unprofessional and made the company look bad if she sat down or took breaks, the poor thing! I was recently told by a friend that he was harassing a long time employee that was injured and making fun of handicapped people, absolutely unacceptable. A few employees can be rude at times but its more of a bad day instead of a bad person type thing. There is one tall bearded gentleman that seems to be bffs with the manager and he has most definitely had an attitude with me when I went behind the store to use the restroom, not realizing it was closed, and he smelled like he had smoked an entire dispensary! Not against it but again, just seems unprofessional. I get the impression that the wrong people are getting the bad end of the stick around here. I would still recommend this business for the overall helpful staff and they seem like they always have fun, except in the presence of this one manager. I wouldn't let that ruin my visit but it certainly makes my shopping experience uncomfortable.
