After speaking to nearly 5 different providers on the phone I decided to use Pipeline because: A. I wasn’t routed through an 800 number to speak to an under trained kid about my issue. I spoke directly to one of the owners B. He collected all the info needed for my project upfront including a few pictures. C. He was quick to respond with an estimate - which he didn’t inflate after doing the work even though it definitely took more effort (removing a door) D. He was able to make it to my house within 2 days and was on time and fast E. I spoke to 5 different providers and his price was the best

We found Pipeline Rooter & Plumbing after another, well recognized plumbing service we had used, recommended them for our service. Not only did we find the service professional, clean, and courteous, but you could tell they actually cared about getting things solved, WITHOUT simply trying to upsell me unnecessary services.
