We called Alpha Tech in  for an emergency leak issue Tuesday evening, Alpha tech promptly arrived wed morning and we ok care of everything. Christian was amazingly helpful and the tech that came out was so pleasant and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend this company for all plumbing issues. It's really hard to find good, honest plumbers who know how to service Navien Tankless water heaters. We were recommended to Alpha by a neighbor and we were very happy with how competitive their prices are. Joel was very polite and emptied the waste water into our non garden area, which I appreciated. He was very informative and we appreciated how he didn't seem to mind us asking questions while he worked. I recommend Alpha and will use them again.
