I waited for an hour to be helped and after the hour the person in front told me that we were late to be seen!!!!

By far the best Dr there is! Dr Sharma is above and beyond what a Dr should be. I waited over an hour to be seen, but once I was in the room and she came in, she took her time and asked questions and got to know me aside from what is written down on the paperwork. She looked at me as an individual and not another client. Any Dr appt you go to, everyone knows you wait about 30-45 mins and once you're in the room, the Dr is in an out within 5 mins. Not Dr Sharma. She was thorough with her work. She gave great advice, wasn't selling her work to you. She was genuine and caring. My advice is, if you can endure just a bit of patience, the appt is well worth the wait. They definitely have my business even though my insurance isn't great, the quality care that is shown there beats any other Drs office. Dr Sharma, if you read this, Thank you, your beautiful soul resignates inside and out!

Literally waited for over 2 hours. I just walked out and the lady at the front desk said "oh you ran out of time, I'm sorry" and continued talking on the phone and said ok bye, didn't try to reschedule, nothing. If they didn't have time and were that far behind they could have told me instead of telling me "oh sorry she should be in any minute" then 30 minutes later still nothing. I would have rather came back another day instead of wasting my whole damn day at the eye doctor. On Halloween at that! Took the day off of work for nothing. Zero stars.

We knew there would be a wait, but it was totally worth it! Full attention from the best opthalmologist in the county. I would give six stars if I could.
