I'd like to thank Zach Green and the gentleman (Mike) he sent to work on our roof. Our roof leaked badly as a result of the recent storm. I contacted eight roofers for bids. Unfortunately. six never returned my call, one was too busy but Zach Green called me back and had his worker out the next morning. Despite the emergency situation Zach gave me a reasonable/fair bid and Mike repaired our roof in pretty inclement weather. Mike was friendly and did a fine job. We have a storm coming this weekend so I am grateful for Green's Roofing responsive and would highly recommend them.

This was a huge mistake in hiring this company. I was living in a construction zone which was totally unexpected. The original plan for the roof removal changed, and everything was dumped on my front lawned. It was there for a week well until I cleaned it up. The mess that was left in my yard and driveway resulted in two flat tires in one vehicle and total tire damage to the tires on the other vehicle. There would have been more if I had not hired someone to take a magnet over the property. This company destroyed my yard and showed no respect for anything that I had on the property. Also while my roof was being done and everyone was gone my house was cleaned out. I had several items around the house that grew legs and walked away. As a consumer, it is frustrating to hire someone and expect a certain level of professionalism. I just want others to be aware of the company that they are hiring. You might want to support a local business, but maybe a professional company would be best.

I wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy. I bought a home in 2017 that needed a new roof. I hired Green's Roofing to do the job, they came, did the job in a timely manner, were very nice, they gave me a 15 year warranty and I was very happy. Then the first leak happened. The first leak occurred after approximately 2 or 3 months. Green's Roofing came out right away, took pictures of the damage, said they would take care of everything, no problem. 2 days later they claimed it was wind damage (a piece of the roof had folded up and over exposing everything underneath) and were going to send me a bill for the repair. After getting our insurance company involded, and another roofing company, Green's Roofing decided that they would do what they called a "courtesy repair". Shortly after their "courtesy repair" (approximately 1 month) we had another leak in the same spot. This time they were not timely to reply, took multiple phone calls with voicemails to get them back out. They eventually came and made the repair. Fast foward to the next winter, same leak same spot. Same non replying to multiple phone calls, voicemails and texts over multiple days. They eventually got back to me and made the necessary repairs. Fast forward to 1 month ago, it was discovered they covered the exhaust pipe for my heater. The exhaust piping separated and has been blowing into the basement leaving everything very damp. For the last few weeks he's blown me off twice when he said he would come to take a look, he never did. And now I'm unable to get a reply from them at all. Zach if you are reading this I have been nothing but nice to you, and I have restrained myself from this review because I know your business is young and I want to believe you mean well, but I will no longer chase you down over MULTIPLE calls and texts only to be repeatedly ignored. In conclusion don't go with this company. He at first has great customer service, but then becomes the biggest headache imaginable. Edit, Zach was able to show me on Google maps the heater pipe was covered prior to their initial work. Zach made the necessary repairs, added the flashing at no charge to me. Thank you
