She is so kind and patient, and truly takes pride in her work. She is great with kids of all ages and always produces quality work. She has tons of backdrops and props to make each session unique.

My sons school dance hired crackerjack photos to take pictures. The lady taking the photo appeared irritated and was very dismissive, perhaps she doesnt do well under pressure (she had a big line waiting) I saw her take several pictures of other families and allowed them to pick different props when it was my familys turn she snapped like 3 pictures, gave no direction and didnt allow us to exchange props. She was redirecting my son and I told her he doesnt understand what your saying he is two years old and (my son is the size of a 5 year old) she was not apologetic at all and people who are working with children should never make assumptions because kids could have invisible disabilities or just be oversized kids. I hope this isnt the resident photographer for the school.
