Lasalle medical they dont ever answer there calls ever!! i have an appt w/ them on friday, i want to do my blood work & i dont know what lab i need to go. please answer your phone!!

I waited two months for an appt for a check up because I know theres something wrong with me and they call me a day before my apt telling me they have to reschedule my appt again and its another 2 months again people work you know we asked for these days off. these people need to do better dont go here if you don't Want to wait months just to be check in they use to be really good back then its just terrible now.

I wish I didnt have to put 1 star because they dont deserve none waiting on the phone for 30 mins to make an appointment and the next day available is in a month this is Ridiculous staff is rude I will definitely be moving all my children from their office .

I would give more but its so hard to get in contact with anyone just to make an appointment staff is great.
