I am appreciative of John Wales knowledge, professionalism, and giving heart! He handles my business insurance and is always on top of everything. Recently, he called me with a 10% discount (on rates which were already lower than my previous agent's)! Highly recommend.

John is the most versatile and knowledgeable insurance agent I've ever come across. I believe he takes the safety, security & welfare of his customers to heart. He jokes he's paid to be paranoid, I'm sure I'll be thankful if anything were to happen. This is the insurance agent you want, if you want to rest easy.

The worst experience ever! When I was signing up with him, he was nice and promised all of kinds things that he advised would be included in my house insurance. I later get paperwork in the mail weeks later advising that my yearly payment went from $1242 to $1342, then a week later more paperwork saying that it increased to $1700... I sent emails and called him multiple times and I never got a response back from him. I got a quote from Allstate that covered me for more and for $900 a year... I couldn't believe what John had done. Worst person/company to work with ever!
