        This place is very nice. Great staff, great workout, very hot inside the studio. You can lose weight in this place in the Hot Yoga room. I been in here for about 15 minutes and I thought I was going to die , but it is worth every single penny. If you want a good workout, come down here and try it your self.         Excellent instructors. I feel energized and well worked out when I leave. I always do a cryo session afterwards across the street which is perfect. Upper pier ave is becoming Health Ave with the solution drips, source cafe, True North Cryo and Bikram.
