Contour Med Spa

I was coming here a lot but then found a place that has way more options which are non invasive and highly affective. I’ve gotten better results elevate. This place isn’t bad, the people are nice. But do your research.

I love coming here because Shannon and Jen are so friendly and Jen knows what she is doing. I feel like I look great when I leave :) due to lip fillers and Botox both I highly recommend.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I went to this spa a few years ago and stopped as my last couple appointments I waited over an hour, once finding out the RN wasn't even there!! They had a recent special so I decided to give it another try. BAD DECISION! They cancelled 3 appointments on me last minute. -1st appt. they didn't even call, luckily I called in that morning to confirm my appt time and was told the girl wasn't coming in that day now. Receptionist talked me into coming in the next day to see another RN stating "Jennifer has 2 other things going and Contour isn't her 1st priority, so cancels a lot" -2nd I get to my 4:30 appt. at 4:20 and was told they ran out of product. Receptionist was having a melt down and started calling places to get product while I was just standing there. -3rd Jennifer was apparently sick, which happens, but at least call me or do something to get me back and apologize for wasting my time on 3 appointments now i had to reschedule my clients (losing money) to be there for. Instead of an apology or call, I get a TEXT from the Manager, who didn't even give their name stating "at this point we're not a match for you as your aesthetic spa" Their lack of respect for their clients time is disgusting, no discount is worth being treated like that. Wasting 2 weeks of my time and then I basically get a "dear john" letter from a so-called manager!! There are many other amazing spas in Hermosa. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH A SPA THAT TREATS PEOPLE LIKE THIS!!!
