I chose this company based on reviews and I'm really glad I did! The water in my bathrooms smell disgusting and I wasn't sure if I needed plumbing services or if I could fix this issue myself. Hector kindly offered me advice over the phone and encouraged me to call back to try another method if the issue wasn't resolved. I appreciate the advice and was surprised that I wasn't pressured with scheduling an appointment. Had to take the time to show my appreciation...

Was attracted to this company due to the reviews but was not impressed....I have no complaints about the quality of work because they wouldn't even show up. I was disappointed because when I called to schedule a appointment Hector gave me a timeframe of between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. for a commercial repair I needed done for a property I manage. I described the work to Hector and he told me it would be no problem. A few hours later the plumber called me that was supposed to come out and said if he can't reach it on a 6-foot ladder he couldn't do it. I explained to him I had a ladder tall enough so he could resolder a leaking pipe but he refused and said he wouldnt be able to do it. I have no problem with people admitting something is too hard for them but the man who schedules the appointments should be in sync with the plumber so you're not waiting around for hours on a emergency job to have them cancel at the last minute.
