Me and my husband bought last night $1700 diamond 3.64 carat and its LAB grown. It never been told by sale girl Teresa Sanchez or store manager Isabel Gutierrez. There a print on receipt I signed said I hereby affirm that it has explained that Diamond is Lab grown I never read receipt till home. We came back next morning today. Teressa said till think its Natural Diamond . She did not know but then when we showed her receipt. She said she will talk to store manager . When she is back now she changed story I dont remember if I told you but you signed. They dont return us money. Be aware when you buy diamond!

Ordered wedding band told 4-6weeks took longer I had to contact them they did not contact me. Staff on site unprofessional!! Talked to corporate office got ring 2 weeks later along with $100 gift certificate (I probably won't use) just discgusted with service. Not even sure I got right ring it's been so long waiting
