        Went in for a return of a box as well as a getting a xumo box to replace it after contract renewal over the phone with their call center. Pro Tip: Walk in =- YOU MUST SIGN IN on the kiosk or you'll be just standing there for no reason thinking your waiting in line like I did. The room is nicely decorated if your into that but everything starts with that kiosk sign in. About 4 other customers in the room (in line on the kiosk but sitting down). A bit unclear of the process to set an online appointment or walk in and sign in; so once that concept gets ironed out hoping things will get better. The staff that helped was efficient, you will get asked to sign up for cell service, so I guess that is a big push from spectrum, wonder if they work on commission or if corp requires it.
