This company is truly service oriented. Eric and Blaine, partners, are great communicators. I am very happy with the cost of the service, the quality of the service, and the feedback I was given about our septic system with respect to, tank condition and future service schedule. Highly recommended. On another note, for those of you looking to add a feature to your tank that will make services less expensive and easier to service, seriously consider adding risers on your tank. These risers provide surface access to the tank by simply unscrewing a bolt and removing the cover...no digging required. We had these installed quite some time ago on our initial pumping when the tank was exposed and it made a huge difference in terms of price and rapidity with which this year's service was done. You might want to ask the guys about that.

Spoke with Eric today about some services i was considering. After a very helpful conversation i have decided to wait. Eric was thorough, informative, and more than willing to talk me out of spending money i don't have right now. It is great to find a business these days that is honest enough to chase away immediate work in favor of customer service. Though i can't presently recommend their work, i can highly recommend them for intelligence and integrity; and i will certainly call them for future needs.

Eric and his team were fantastic! So easy to work with - super responsive, professional, and provided a great service at a very fair price. They pumped my 1200 gal. tank out in West Marin last November, didn't charge travel, made an appointment and came out without delay. I've been meaning to write this review for a while - am very appreciative of their terrific service and recommend them highly.

They may be good dumper plumbers, but they have at least one lousy driver on their staff. He made a right turn on a red light onto Highway 12 east over by Willie Bird's today about 1:15 pm without stopping or even slowing down while traffic was moving. That was a bv!!$#!+ move if ever I saw one. If one is going to drive around with one's name on one's truck, one ought not drive like $#!+.
