Grace Lucero is a top producing real estate agent for Vanguard Properties with 25+ years of real estate experience. She launched her career in Los Angeles in the mid-1990s helping some of Hollywood's biggest names - Renee Zellweger, Mike Meyers and Marisa Tomei, to name a few - find and rehab their homes. She is co-founder and managing partner of Matheson Partners, a real estate investment company; and co-owner of Lucero Kline, a residential construction company. A general contractor since 1996, Grace has renovated and developed over 160 residential properties. Market insight, finely tuned negotiating skills, an exceptionally strong work ethic and rapid response time with sellers and buyers alike define Grace’s success as a Realtor.
