I used to like going here but now I am switching cars due to the lack of communication and their malpractice. Firstly, I had a rough pregnancy and did not get the care I needed due to sectary errors. They would schedule me for an appointment, then would cancel it saying I had a different insurance which I did not. Then when I would reschedule it, they would run the correct insurance then schedule me and yet again Id get a call saying theyre canceling due to me having a different insurance. Then after giving birth, I had a checkup for myself and my daughter. I was told my daughter could be seen early and to bring her in, we would be seen within 5-10 minutes. Mind you she is a new born with no vaccinations yet and it is flu season. They had us waiting for 40 minutes. I left extremely upset. They called and I basically told them how unprofessional this was. They said they would also send my prescription to my other pharmacy as I didnt want to go back there. Well, they never sent the prescription to my pharmacy instead they filled it at their pharmacy without my knowledge. This prescription is extremely important for high blood pressure. At this point they lack on communicating, are highly unprofessional, and do not care about your health. Thank god Im switching care.

Literally just walked out of my appointment, and I had THE WORST SERVICE and biggest WASTE OF TIME Ive ever experienced. Ive been coming here for so long and its gone downhill drastically. Im never coming back. The nurse did not listen at all to how I was feeling, and wanted to assume for me what I was feeling, and not once did the doctor come in after the nurse said shes coming in soon Then a prescription was quickly made for me, for something I MIGHT have, (there was no thorough check up to assume I needed any medicine yet) and was told that was it and to exit. I cant even believe how awful it was. Not even worth the one star.

One of the worst medical center ever , any time I make any appointments for any of my family member at least its getting canceled two or three times and delaying at least two weeks. If any one makes appointments 90% should expect the cancellation because it happened to me more then 15 times in two months. I wish I could give them zero star.
