I love, love, love my new apt. Andina apartments are well maintained on the inside and out, spacious, updated/modern, the balcony's are huge and the location is perfect. Having Jose as the property manager is a plus and definitely seals the deal for complete satisfaction. He is highly professional, attentive to his tenants needs and deeply cares. He was very patient and made the application process a wonderful experience. When I arrived my apt was clean and spotless ready to move in. I am home!!

I was out for a walk and came across Andina Apartments located minutes away from Downtown Hayward and the Bart Station. Jose the Manager greeted me with such a warm feeling and welcoming hello and invited me right into his office and offer me water and coffee, I let him know I was looking for an apartment March 2022, Jose took his time to showed me his property which is beautiful w/ great landscaping all around. Jose Let me know at the moment he did not have a 2 bedroom 2bathroom to show me but he did offer to show me a 1 bedroom. As soon as March arrived I will set up an appointment and apply to Andina Apartments. Jose thank you for all your time! your a very cool and amazing human being. I highly recommend for everyone to check out Andina Apartments.
