I WANNA EXPRESS A HUGE COMPLAIN FOR TNT SHIPPING. MY PACKAGE was lost and every time I reached out customer service, I was given different information. Nobody knows anything, for two month every single day I called them and was promised that manager will call me back to open a lost package claim. Today is June 28th.. from May 3rd... I have been waiting for help. Feeling hopeless... payed 900$ for shipping.. can not even open a claim... today have spoken with Manuel work ID number CUURC, was promised again that someone will call me back..PEOPLE THIS COMPANY TAKES YOUR MONEY AND DOES not deliver packages !!!! I know many people know already having same issues , STAY AWAY FROM TNT SHIPPING!
