They never answer the phone, you have to go in person to make appointments, which by the way they always say that there is no space since they do not have enough doctors to care for the patients, it does not make sense to have so many patients and few medical personnel

Run away!I'm working for a tech company, and the health care  insurance provided by my company Facebook suggests this office.I have a very bad experience. I will tell my friends to not come here, and ask my employer to take this office off the suggestion. My story:_Booked an appointment and visited the office._On my first time visit, I visited it on time but had to wait for 30 minutes._The nurse came, weighed me, and gave me a flu shot. She was rude. She constantly dropped items on the floor, talked loud, and was aggressive. I think she also told me that "I won't kill you. Don't worry" which scared me af._Waited for another 30 minutes._The doctor came, asked a few questions and scheduled a follow-up. Less than 10 minutes. _Next day, I was charged $300 for new patient fee, where the insurance only covered partially._Forgot the 2nd appointment date (it's my fault but there was no reminder / call from the office), and was charged $80 for no show fee. So yeah... they did nothing for me and charged $400. I don't think they give a shit about you, and only care about your money.

I took my mom here to get a skin infection looked at.  The infection was under her belly from not getting enough airflow, it developed a foul odor and was so red it almost looked like it was bleeding.  It also had white slimy scaly patches.  The Doctor was out so the nurse practitioner took pictures and sent us home with some antibiotics.  I decided to try using some arrowroot powder on the infection because I read on multiple websites it was good for the skin rashes/infections.  I put some on in the late afternoon and when I checked it the next morning the infection was 90% healed.  It was light pink, no more odor, no more scaly patches - and that was  just overnight!  I was so excited I wanted to get the picture the nurse took to compare.  I called to ask them to email me the picture, but turns out they deleted it. What kind of doctors office would delete a picture of a horrible looking infection on their client, why would you not upload that to their chart? Seems like they're a little incompetent.

The short, tawny P.A. is shady and too nervous to calm patients. She seemed to struggle in terms of Cognition...won't be coming back.

Not a fan of this place. We've been patients of Dr. Rowley's for years now and I've been on the hunt for a new primary care physician for too long. Whenever I call, there is either no answer or I am put on hold for an exorbitant amount of time...23 minutes last time. Dr. Rowley himself is just ok but he lacks a good bedside manner and the interaction is always disconnected as he's behind his laptop most of the time. When I requested my annual physical last year, I was told he couldn't do it since I'm a woman. What? Apparently, a physical for women also includes a breast exam and only the female doctors at this practice are allowed to perform such a task. I'm looking forward to finding another doctor.
