Horrible bank horrible customer service. They never answer the phone. They are never on time. They dont take customers time in consideration. They dont inforce mask wearing. The manager stays on her cell phone the whole time and not paying attention to what's going on in bank. Also there's no security on site. Horrible. I will never go back to that bank.

Hi everyone
Today I went to deposit my check in Hayward A Street Wells Fargo bank, unfortunately the Staff was very rude and unprofessional, I thought Its India bank.
I spoke with bank manager she was from India very rude lady. I strongly recommend you guys stop going there .
