        Never ontime, do not answer the phone, give pick up times and don't show up. Scheduled online and no call no show. Had an employee that was over charging for shipments and refused refund. Called Stockton office no answer and mail box full for 4 day s. Called the Corporate office in Hayward and called 4 numbers either busy or no answer. If someone doesn't contact me today I will be filing a complaint with the State of California.

        Very poor customer service in Hercules and vallejo office. They are so rude and arrogant. Do not do business with this group. I am Filipino And Im ashamed of them!
